Reason for selling structured settlement annuity: I intend to use the proceeds I receive from Peachtree under the Agreement for the purchase of a vehicle, to prepay automobile insurance, and for housing expenses. I am currently without any means of transportation making it difficult to get to and from school and perform daily errands for myself Therefore, I intend to utilize $8,000.00 of the proceeds from this transaction for the purchase of a reliable used vehicle I will the use $2,000.00 of the proceeds to secure and prepay my automobile insurance for one year. I am attending East Georgia University and will use $7,000.00 of the proceeds to pay my housing and living expenses The remaining funds of $1,000 will be placed in an account to be used in the event of a financial emergency I do not have the financial resources for the aforementioned expenses with my current finances.

This transaction is middle of the road in terms of the interest rate charged. The annuity is issued from a very large reputable insurance company which means any of the top tier buyers would have paid a greater or equal amount for these payments. The transaction closed quickly from the date the contract was signed.
